On a positive note I observed the Floodlights getting upgraded as I went past the ground yesterday. Small steps and all that but definitely one in the right direction.

They best work on Sunday if they are needed otherwise it will be Chester's fault !!

No it looked like a rewire for the LED lights. Used a large telehoist I presume the posts will have undergone checks etc.

You're wrong the floodlights are being replaced not tarted up, first complete new pylon, wires and lamps being bolted down today, only three more and they'll be done

Are you getting some before and after photos?

I’m surprised and disappointed that the club has not put any photos or information regarding the installation of the new floodlights. The new lights are a positive news story, an indication of the start of the stadium redevelopment, I know the new roof has been completed on the old cats bars, but not seen that officially announced by the club, sorry to say that whoever is in charge of club publicity, needs to up their game.

Don't suppose there's anything to show until the 1st new one is completed. Just troll bait if it's a nearly finished job.

We were actually quite lucky, the electrical power boxes were well installed the first time and are still serviceable and are being kept, saved us a fair bit of cash.

I find it oddly tragic that in 30 years the only major investments at BV have been floodlights
