| Yep, I was there when Keith Smith somehow made the ball disappear, then ghosted around their winger, only for it to re-appear as he touched down behind the sticks....one of the best tries I have ever seen

| Found a picture of the programme which lists
Steve Diamond at full back, fletcher on one wing, terry day in centre, steve tinker in other , adrian barwood on other wing, Toppo and Agar at halves, Front row of forsyth mcurrie harris, Kelly, Juliff and Lampkowski in Pack - so guess there must have been a couple changes on the day

| I remember it well, fantastic atmosphere & a really tight game.
I must have been happy with the result, it was only the second time ever I went onto a pitch to congratulate the lads.

I seem to remember a young prop playing for us that day called Murray. If my memory serves me right he got injured and carried off on a stretcher. As they took him down the touchline someone shouted that it was the longest run he'd ever managed. Cruel but funny at the time. Any one else confirm???

Yeah Nigel that was him. 1980-81 played 45 games according to wiki.
