| I am sorry but counting games on Sky and the SL platform against the cost of the season ticket is just not acceptable and will certainly cause further disruption. I would say before the usuals get on their high horses I have forgone my season ticket refund, I just think that for those that haven’t it is not fair.

Why? Sky gave access and season ticket holders were given exclusive passes to watch the game on the app, if you can think of another way of people seeing the games let me know thanks.
I have forgone any refund too IO want a club to support.

| If anyone genuinely was unable to view online then fair enough, a fuller refund if they request. How many in this day and age does that apply to? I am nearly 70 and am able to use internet on phone , laptop TV etc. So are many of my acquaintances even older.

Contact the club mate I'm sure they will be happy to sort out any exceptions such as your good self.

I think the final figure for those requesting some refund was somewhere between 40 and 50. Any amongst those who feel they require more than on offer should contact the club.
The sooner the club give us opportunity to purchase next years membership and merchandise the easier it will be for these refunds to be afforded.

Didn’t get one this season. Missed too many games over the last few seasons with late fixture changes/ works commitments so decided to pay match by match.

I don't agree. You paid to see a game. You were given preferential chance to see some of the games. In any other environment you'd have paid more for a premium ticket where only a few can go.

You came out on top with that policy then?

| I'm ok with being outraged on someone else's behalf when there is an issue but I'm pretty sure neither of you know a season ticket holder who has complained about this and does not have Internet access.
I can't remember but originally we were in single figures for those that wanted a refund so I don't think it's a massive issue.

I agree PT and I am sorry but I go against the grain on the understanding supporters that do request a refund for this season, the money is already paid whether you are happy with being able to watch the game online or not, I don`t think any true supporter of the club would request a refund (Granted there maybe some exceptional circumstances that I am not taking into consideration, if there are then I don`t mean to cause any offense, I just cannot picture myself ever requesting a refund of the club)
Moving forward however I could understand why someone would take the decision not to purchase a full price season ticket, although we do not yet know what the season ticket will include, what format we will be able to watch the games on etc so at this point we cannot really comment on that. I really feel for the club as we have no way of forecasting anything, it must be really difficult to look at planning when we just don`t know what the next 12 months entail.
I don`t know if the idea has been proposed in the past but I know I would certainly be interested at this point in backing the club with a multiple year season ticket, 5 or even 10 years - It may be risky in some aspect but would generate a good income for the club and would feel at this moment in time a better investment than a ticket for next year if that makes sense? Not sure how many would be in a position to purchase such a ticket, but I am sure there would be a few willing.

Maybe a bit over ambitious for many with the 5+ years expense without the guarantee of top flight rugby but I would certainly be happy to pay up front for a multi season ticket to get us through this sticky patch.
Maybe two seasons more realistic for many?

That thought hadn't even popped into my head re relegation TBH, surprisingly optimistic! I would agree, 2 or 3 years could be a good option.

People might try the commit six scheme. Payment is £26 a month x 12 months. I think you get 6 lines on the lottery, and the standard season ticket. That way, the club get a regular monthly income for the following season. I’ve mentioned on here before, a thousand fans paying £26 a month = £26,000. Per month, the club can sort out some of the following seasons finances with that kind of income

| I don't like the multi-year season ticket schemes to be honest, the club get a decent amount of money upfront but then nothing at the start of season 2 and 3 etc
