The start of the Super 8's and first up it's Shudds away.
They have been in really good form of late and managed to avoid the middle 8's and since our win against them they have won 5, drawn 1 and lost only 2 of their last 8 SL games and those losses came away at Hull FC and Salford, which is very good form and they go into the game just about at full strength, apart from Mamo.
Their fans seem confident of beating us and it will be a very tough fixture (just like all of our Super 8's games).
Our pack is more than capable of getting on top and if Fifita is anything close to full fitness, he could be the difference for us as they have really struggled to contain him.
The possible return of Miller ?, may give us a further boost as well.

It will be another close game 6-8 points and could go either way.

Pretty much all of them think they'll smash us every time we play them. I think they'll probably win but two pretty evenly matched teams so could just come down to the odd big moment or two.

Bearing in mind that Carter said on the radio yesterday that he thought we needed 5 wins from 7 to guarantee a top 4 spot then it's a game we have to be targeting to win.

Regardless of the 4, this is the most likely win.
If we can't win this one we are going to struggle.

It's a Yorkshire dominated top eight and the record against Yorkshire teams this year has not been great.

I think this is the game for Jowitt to come in. Brough will pepper us with high kicks and max is allot better at dealing with them then Grix

This is not a hard question But how many years did Grix play fullback at Huddersfield? Then ask yourself why.

You're certainly entitled to an opinion, who has suggested otherwise? The coaches have access to far more information than speccies, they have far more experience to call upon, and the results impact their careers and livelihoods.

So yes I will have a view on team selection, but I trust the coaching staff to make the right decisions even if they differ from my opinions.
