| Williams is not doing it for me and I thought he was the reason we lost last night. Our first two trys were purely opportunistic and only the last try was constructed.
I cant remember seeing one break created throughout the whole game. We had enough possession on their line to score more points but seemed unable to create anything other than individual charges,
Do you give him time to bed in and continue to look disjointed and probably continue to loose, or do you revert back to the tried and tested Flynn/Miller combo.

Time to bed in...loss not down to one player.

| Two competetive games into his Wakefield career is too early to start bagging a player.
It took Miller a good few games to get going and also our 10 game wonder, Tim Smith, took half a season to get going.
Dropling him now isnt the answer.
One player I have concerns about if honest, is Fifita. He hasnt been poor as such, but apart from the cup game against Huddersfield don't think he has set the world on fire. More concerning, especially given the work put in to keep him. At the moment, I feel England, Arona and Huby are twice the player he is
We had our good run last year without him

| I've seen enough of Williams to think he's more than worthy of the shirt. Wasn't quite firing last night but even Brough was struggling (apart from that one moment of class) He knows where the try line is and got a few assists in preseason.

| Wait till the sun comes out and the grounds dry up. Milky got better last season as we got nearer to summer. I've heard a whisper that it's last week in June/ the 1st week in July this year- but the Daily Express says that we are going to have a plague of locusts and they done an interview with Noah and he's busy boat building.

| Been disappointed so far his penalty yardages are abysmal brough kicked it 30 yard and he kicks it 5. He hasn't run into 1 gap yet passing V slow.
He's looking more like harry Siejka every minute

You do realise any half is going to struggle untill his forwards get on top in a game, also give him chance to settle in and the grounds to firm up, but having read many of your posts in the past I am sure he is already public enemy number one in your limited mind.

| Our problem so far this season is exactly the same as last year, that we lack creativity particularly when close to the oppositions' line. We are very predictable and rarely miss out anyone in our line. We still look our most dangerous from long range or opportunist counter attacking from other teams errors.
Its too early to tell if Williams can be that creative player, but certainly we need to find it from somewhere. We cant base our attack on getting a fast PTB because we are then at the mercy of the unfunny joke that is SL referees.

| Listening to the radio commentary (which wasn't great to be honest) the names that were mentioned most as seemingly involved in the play were Grix, Lynne, Finn, Fifita and Ashurst.... the one player I don't recall hearing mentioned at all was Kirmond.
I'm sure that doesn't tell any more than a part of the story! I am looking forward to next Saturday morning and seeing the boys live on TV

I'd rather listen to someone who trains and plays with him week in week out who rates SW highly than anyone on here I'm afraid

| I like what I've seen of him so far and I sure he'll get better once the weather starts to warm up and dry the ground a little. We just need to get winning now which will boost his confidence
