As Spike Milligan said on Q.

Watching the death throws of a once famous club is hard to take. I saw my first games in the 50s and first Wembley in 62.
All the other threads reflect the total lack of passion and pride but worst of all, the apparent acceptance by the players.
Running a transport business for 35 years, all I can say is that if a member of staff had sent an email or communication to our clientele that we would have a driver shortage for three months and that the service we will provide would be second rate, what would happen? Clients would leave. They would spend their money elsewhere. The bank balance would drop. Clients would not return. There would be a case for dismissal due to negligence. Firstly, I would check this with a solicitor to see if I had a case. With Switalski's as a sponsor, it has to be worth a question.
1000 non attending spectators at £20.00 per head spend for 7 games equals £140,000.00. For three years this would increase to well over £500,000.00.
We are losing business at an alarming rate and I am fearful of national humiliation next week.
I bought two tickets for the game yesterday which I regret. I cannot imagine an urge to return again and I must have had season tickets for 30 years.

Dear Mr.Carter.
You saved the club, we are in your debt. Please do something positive soon before it is too late. Silence is not Golden.
I, like many others, am surprised to say this, but John Kear is at Batley. His style may have been criticised, never his passion and pride.

Similar supporting history as yourself Manuel, and feeling at my lowest ebb ever re:Trinity.
Something has to be done.
That something could be 'Kear'.

Webster should have been sacked when he made his comments about the team focusing on the last 7 games. He wouldn't have been entitled to compensation. It was gross misconduct to suggest that season ticket holders etc were not to expect the team to give 100 percent were game. It was like Geraldine Ratner aging his

Supported this Club for over 50 years and have never felt this low. I've witnessed highs and lows, more lows than highs to be honest and I've soon some big defeats but I've always felt that things will get better. Maybe it was my youth then but I'm stuggling to see any light at the end of the tunnel.

We have in my opinion a better squad than last year and possibly the best squad for a number of years but it fails to perform to its potential. No team is SL should lose by the margins we are losing by on a regular basis. After 13 games we have a points difference of -350. That's just not acceptable and we can see fans voting with their feet. I'm told that season ticket holders are prefering to stay at home rather than be subjected to the poor fair we are being served up.

What are we going to do ? I don't know, but what I do know is that something has to be done otherwise we will have no supporters and therefore Club left.

I'm with you Sandal.

We all know that MC has all on to keep the club afloat and that there are various challenges ahead but, with fans disappearing faster than The Labour Party in Scotland,
there has to be a change NOW.

IF someone else is going to come in and turn our on field fortunes around, they need to be here soon.
We cant wait until the middle 8's before doing something.

Even listening to radio commentary is difficult.
A pal of mine, who I was giving updates to said "well you know what's going to happen" and that was just before KR scored their opening try.

He was righ and I was the fool for watching, instead of doing something worthwhile.

It's never been easy being a Trinity supporter but at the moment it's almost impossible.

Please Mr Carter, do something !

The club is dying
(Kath H coming back and a defensive coach or new head coach please)

Is it coincidental but we seem to have gone into a nose dive since Kath left.

Its not looking good at all long term season ticket holders staying away says it all I had booked the shift off when fixtures were announced and going to go to the KR game but after how they have played this season decided to stay at home and watch on TV.Oldest lad 20 mins in second half "Im off to bed" youngest lad who lives and breaths rugby league always has ball in garden practicing grubber kick and taking high ball 5 mins after "guess where Im going" now when the youngest says that you know you have hit the bottom.Got tickets for cup game on Monday what on earth was I thinking of daughter not going youngest doubtful looks like me and oldest and that's only because we have bought tickets.Long term fan up road said "going fishing if it rains all day and I don't catch a thing it will be more enjoyable than watching that lot of disinterested rubbish" this also someone who has seen bad times but always turned up.

Where is Mr Carter? Quick to come and get the praise, but when the going gets tough he disappears! There seems be a nasty taste around the club at the moment.
