| Does this work both ways? If we get injuries can we loan from them?

| As part of the agreement Wildcats have made available Jarrad Sammut for selection this weekend.
If it's on a weekly basis, and he doesn't get injured then it should benefit the club as well.

| Pretty pro active of the club. For years we had players not playing regularly at all whilst they were out of favour, now a fair few of the fringe players will have all had game time of some sorts.

| I always feel sorry for the players at the smaller clubs, train their nuggets off and the club bring a player in midweek. Bring back the second teams.

Maybe this is why he has been loaned to London?
Their junior set up is good but they need more personalities like Sammut to keep kids interested.
Don't think he would have been appreciated as much if he had gone on loan to Fev.
If he stops for longer, then if marketed right, Sammut could get The London momentum rolling again after some lean times.

| Workington Town are waiting for the sorting out of paperwork in order to bring over an half-back from Oz. Meanwhile Jarrod Sammut, a good friend of another of our signings from down under, Latu Fifita, has been to Batley when Workington played there a couple of weeks ago and he was up at Workington on Sunday when our match was called off against Doncaster. The craic then and since has all been about Town signing Sammut on a months loan to help them out until our half-back gets here. This now looks to have been scuppered by this latest development.

I would guess that Trinity do not want to release players who are first reserve in some key positions on anything longer than a game by game basis... dual reg allows for this... loan signings do not.
