With a few more members of staff leaving today and the sale of players I wonder if Elston or Glover feel any guilt about the situation they have got the club into in such a short time. I also believe Glover has played a blinder by being out of the country for a few weeks while Mr Carter swings the axe.

He knew we was in the bottom of the toilet bowl most likely the reason why Mr Carter took over.

Glover must have know what was going on, like board meetings, he must have asked whats going on here, like we better slow down on the spending or we will be in the brown stuff. What top man would let this go on, thats why he is to blame more than is pupet, he run the club, but like my Dad once said, never trust what a double glazzing salesman tells you

Glover saved us from extinction before and put alot of his own money in, so why should he feel guilty? Both Glover and Elston also put alot of effort in trying to do good for the club including getting Newmarket on track, but unfortunately it sounds like too much faith was put in Elston with the purse.

Heard that we need some serious investment in the next four weeks or we'll be folding :/

AG had a punt, nearly got lucky with top 8 finish last season & trying to draw something positive from this, at least BV has felt alive again,these last 2 years,
even though we were resigned to being booted out 2years ago (& would have been, but for the Welsh implosion).Makes you wonder how many lives aWildcat has?
As for AG, he may be reflecting on Bernie Ecclestone's quip " if you want to make a small fortune, amass a large one & invest it in formula 1" ( or Super League).
