Nick Rigg from the Wakefield express tweeted that they were close to agreeing a deal with frankie, no official confirmation that i have seen.

I hope we can agree terms with Big Frankie - since he shook off the injuries that he brought into this season, he's been a beast; that killer line and tip-on to Ali last night was sweet as a nut.

Maybe others have noticed him - he's a big unit and a lot of teams are short of those. I don't know but it wouldn't surprise me.

We've got five great props in Andy Raleigh, Oli Wilkes, Kyle Amor, Paul Johnson and Frankie Mariano, along with Matt James. Get Frankie signed, he was one of our best players last year and has come back superbly from injury this year.

Done very well since he got those injuries sorted out, as someone else has said he's put some right mass on this season, proper big unit. Must have been hitting those weights big time with Clogger.
