We are very upset to see that children and adults still can't go through the same turnstile together, my son has learning difficulties and had to go through on his own which is a bit sickening to see at a busy game like today.

Also I still can't believe in 2012 you still need a canoe to get in the ground.

Again like in 2003 I offer to pay for improvements.

I think in the era of Franchises you shouldn't have to stand in a 7 inch puddle when it's 5c.

I agree, same happend to me today, can'y belive that you're no allowed to go through together, not too sure of the reasononing behind it, but I ded get some verbal abuse from one of the Key security guys stood in the booth when i questioned it

Its a disgrace that you have to use seperate turnstyles to enter the ground when bringing disabled people into the ground.

It happened to our group today. We had to let two dissabled people go through the turnstyles
and then my wife and i had to get into another queue which took around 15 more minutes to enter the ground.

When i said to turnstyle operator that my wife and i were qualified carer's and we have proof of this and consessionery tickets, i was told sorry thats the Wakefield policy. I also pointed out that the sign said Consessions. He said " I know, but i dont know why it says that". Terrible way to treat people in this day and age.

I cant comment about the disabled issues but if thats true its a joke. We got to the ground 5 mins before kick off and there was 1 massive queue to get in 1 turnstile and no queue to get in the other. When we tried to go through the turnstile with no queue we was informed it was for concessions only though there was no signs to say any different. What difference does it make if concessions or regular season ticket holders go through a turnstile?

It shouldnt matter. Also i couldnt get a programme today in any of the usual places such as by turnstiles as i came in, or where the sellers usually stand outside most dissapointed as son collects them. Going to see if club can help

The club are doing excellent on so many levels. Just little things let it down

I got a program ok.

I think the signs are on pieces of A4 between the gates. I went in the turnstiles down the west terrace, and it was hard to see the sign for turnstile T21 as it was blocked by those queuing for T20.
