And we will have to trust that the reasons for the decision are the correct ones and based on ability, attitude, potential etc.

Just to clarify nobody can be forced out the law applies to players just as any other employee in the country.

If a player is deemed not up to the required standard by the head coach (that his is job) but has a contract in place he can only leave if he agrees to leave and he agrees to any possible terms such as compensation.

I want the best team possible playing for Trinity, if that means our coach is shaking the cage with a view to improving the quality then good on him, I will judge the shape of the team when the season kicks off.

The player in question told Agar in his one to one that he wanted to stay and fight for his place as he felt he was better than what was in his position ? Also himself loving his time at Wakefield, Since that day agar has blanked the player for over 3 weeks without a word spoken to him.

are we talking of a fringe 2nd team player or a young academy player?

Obviously then RA doesnt agree with the player

Sport is business its competative and people live and die by their decisions RTA has my full support as he re-engineers the processes and staff at the club, he will be judged on hisdecisions on the pitch not off it by supporters.

Get over it as for the players I am sure they would like to playits their living the better they are the more they can earn however some arnt and will never be good enough youth policy is a bit of a lottery sign a load on to un earth the jewel.

Or RA just wants a quick fix and he will be judged on league position alone, so we can scrap any youth development and just buy in a few cast off players who don't fit and some overseas travellers.

1873 is a waste of cash then if thats the case.

Whoever the supposed player is, Agar obviously thinks he is not good enough and we have better players at the club then so b it. After all, Agar is paid to make the team perform the best it possibly can and if he feels that said player is not as good as other options then I personally have no problem with this and I think we should back Agar and give him a chance to put his stamp on the team.

Says 'the player in question,' who for obvious reasons is incapable of any objectivity.

Don't believe everything 'the player in question' tells you - if he's got a contract and an agent, he can't be 'forced out.'

The youngster in question is being replaced with a player who he made a fool of in his home debut man of the performance in one of wildcats wins at the back end of last season, He is also running rings round him in training big style ? This is not anything to do with rugby, If it was then the best player in training would be getting the nod for me ??

I've got to ask, how do you know he's running rings around this other player in training, are you there?
I just don't buy this that Agar is forcing out good players or young players with bucket loads of potential. It's just not in his own interest or in Trinity's interest, add to that the proviso when he got the job was to bring through young players, it would be counter productive to say the least.
Listening to some of the rumors on here, you'd think he was going out of his way to get himself sacked and to lose games.

The player in question is hardly likely to tell you he is doing crap and deserves to be replaced is he

its still a bit vague as you haven't named him or his age level

if this helps I would love my lad who is of age next year to be brought in the first stages of a player and he too is now starting to mentally be prepared if asked by any club.

I have told him about the pit falls of a professional player and where he should be aiming to see him self along the line.
where I am his worse critic he has others praising me for what he does on the field and tell me to lighten up

just because this lad is in the academy it does make it that the club are beholden to keep him if he isn't reaching the acquired spec, one persons prospective of the player can be different to another persons,

there is one thing I do agree to is that if he is bound to the club by contract they should honour it as it will give out the wrong message to the new youth invited next season

as for ignoring him it might not be RA first thoughts to speak to him
