One word. Disgrace.

Even though it sounds as if we were benefited by Childs today, he's still a very very poor referee - puzzling decisions for both teams. Wouldn't have changed the result though.

He was just making up for what he did to us against Cas

It's always disapointting when you come away from a game talking about the referee rather than the performance of the two teams. Let's be clear we didn't deserve to win today, Hull were far better than us and deserved the two points.

That said, the inconsistency of his refereeing is clear with the two twenty metre tap restarts. I'd hope he's dropped down a couple leagues before he is ready to control another SL game

This guy is a joke of a ref, after the first fifteen minutes we were a beaten side, so not bitter, but this guy cost us 12 points conservatively.

Don't get me wrong he had no baring over the final result but the game would have been a lot closer. Will the RFL ever realise that he is not good enough to referee at Super League level.

Even the hull fans stood near us was complainin about him. How many times does he have to be poor only to b dropped the followin week then put back in the week after without learning any lessons. If I was as s##t at my job i'd be sacked end of story

We didn't deserve to win, but this clown does NOT deserve to be operating at SL level - he's a total joke. I think even the Hull fans were embarassed by his blatant one-sided performance today.

We were never ever gonna win and hull were far the better team but the 20m re-start and 6 pens on trot to them in 2nd half was an absolute take

Hull were the better team today and good for their victory, in fact good for a comfortable victory, but the margin of their win today was blown out by some inept and incompetent refereeing.

I'm not going to itemise all the inconsistencies, bad calls, uneven handling and stuff he missed because I'll be here all night.

Suffice to say that I know of a few fans from both Hull and Wakefield who didn't go to today's game because they knew Child would ruin it as a spectacle. That's money, revenue and, if it persists, fans being lost to the game because of the ridiculously poor standards of refereeing not just by Child but a few others. The blame lays at the feet of Stuart Cummings and the buck stops with him!

The RFL must be very proud
