And if they'd done nothing and got 1,000 in we'd have a thread criticising them for that as well! Why we can't just ignore them and get on with getting our average up to 6-8,000 I'll never know. Threads like this are divisive and should be banned as they add nothing to the debate and all end up the same.

You have to applaud every effort made to bring in extra revenue in these hard times, however my point was the way in which Hemmings as usual glosses over the facts to suit his arguments, like for instance last night he said that if it had been a boxing match our game would have been stopped,but made no reference to the game played 3 mile away at the HJ stadium, other than to say Crusaders played good rugby for 20mins or how embarassing it was for the rhinos getting hammered at home to the Giants, the man is an embarassment to Sky and the sooner he is replaced the better, who knows I might even keep my Sky subs on at the end of the season if he goes.

I am not criticising Quins for trying to market the club merely pointing out Mr Hemming's failings, and it is your choice regarding your responce to posts' on threads, you either reply to them or ignore them.

With respect, they're only divisive because you feel the need to jump in and defend Quins at the slightest hint of criticism, usually by countering that we need to get our own house in order. I would suggest that the two are not mutually exclusive and as such, you needn't get your knickers in a twist when people state the obvious about Quins attendance.
