Went into the shop yesterday to ask about my season ticket. I have been paying for it on direct debit and although I had heard that season tickets were to be honoured I was a bit worried my details may have been "lost".
The staff were extremely helpful and had my ticket there all ready for collection, which is even better than I would have expected even without what has gone on this week.
It's amazing what a little bit of professionalism can do.

So, once again, to Mr Glover thank you for bringing that to the club and thanks to the staff for picking up the mess and sorting things out so quickly.

The future certainly does appear brighter all of a sudden.

The future is a lot brighter thanks to Mr Glover, now we need to give something back, take a mate, even if he does not want to go, buy a shirt or a Pencil, spread the word to all you meet, wear club colours when out and about, buy a car sticker, dye your hair Red White and Blue.

Do not leave it to everyone else, do not sit back and expect it to be all right, Everyone needs to make some sort of effort/gesture to this FAMOUS OLD CLUB.

Don't worry, my hard-earned will be finding its way into the shop till next week.
Least I can do to say thanks to Mr Glover.

got a 24 seater bus full coming for Salford match, a right set of misfits, tag team i play with, Leeds fans a couple of Goons and York fans plus my lot, i'll try to get em in the shop too

My lass had been ringing them for a few weeks to get me one for Valentines, but they were out of stock.

Yes they have - I bought one on Friday.

Word of advice though; if you're usually XL, you'll need XL 2 or 3 - they're very small fitting.

I too had a similar expericence as Fordy with the lady in the club shop, thought it could have got a bit tricky but they sorted it out in a proffesional and also freindly manner - nice refreshing change.

Hope the new regeime sweeps right through the club from the bottom up and everything changes for the better.

still not got the " super big cuddly" sized shirts yet but the young lady on the phone as taken my details and will call me on arrival.

this is becoming almost unbelievable.

in less than a week, our club has become "professional" on and off the field.

i did hear that, last saturday, you could not pay with a credit card because the previous people running the shop had disabled the "visa line" (or whatever it is called)

2 days later, the shop is up and running, professional, sorting out any little problems.

unbelievable. shows how easy it can be if you know what you are doing!!!

i don't think i can take much more of this positivity coming out of belle vue - it is all so un-natural!!!!

still not changed the lightbulb in the loo....
