| How many fans do you think will turn up? Maybe a special offer on the tickets could bring in a few more. Whats your thoughts?

Would really hope for 5k+ but can't see it so will go for 4k.
Think it was mentioned elsewhere that we may not be allowed to do offers on tickets. Shame as I would like to see us flood the local schools with tickets and let season ticket holders bring a friend for a fiver.

| OK, listen up, people of WakefieldBUT all of this is now irrelevant, because from hereonin, the really hard graft begins.
OK, it may be Catalans Dragons we've got at Belle Vue, but they have earned the right to be in the playoffs as much as we have and weren't too shabby in their playoffs debut last year and when you get into knockout rugby league and start writing off the opposition before the kick off even takes place, then you're asking for trouble. Remember when we played Hull FC five years ago in our first SL playoff match? Not many people expected us to perform that night and even though Hull were missing a quarter of a team and had no true goal kicker on the pitch, but were however still expected by many so-called "experts" to win. The rest is of course history.
Now you could say we are in that very same position and of course, it was Catalans Dragons who last year proved to be the catalyst of our downfall for what was proving to be a promising looking season for us when they showed us up well and truly at Belle Vue, SKY cameras present an' all. Mind you being in a Challenge Cup semi-final, as nice as it was, didn't help matters neither.
So what since that fateful night, Tuesday 1st July 2008, when our season started going belly-up that we have beaten the Catalans three times, however, nothing would do better for us, than to win in front of the SKY cameras, put on a great show and above all, on this, what will be a historic night dear old Belle Vue, our first playoff match at home in the Super League era, coupled with the presence of the very same SKY cameras, there is and I will say this total clarity NO EXCUSE FOR AS MANY OF YOU SUPPORTERS TO EMBARK ON BELLE VUE THIS SATURDAY NIGHT AND AS DIFFICULT AS IT MAY BE, BUT TO CREATE A REALLY GOOD ATMOSPHERE!!

Thank you.

The gate is not shared - the money from each play off game goes to the RFL. Money is then allocated to each Club depending on their finishing position.

Same difference. It's shared between the other clubs.

| Unfortunately I am unable to make it, any of the other fixture times I would’ve been fine and I presumed the Trinity would end the season in sixth.
Hopefully there will not be too many like me and are able to get to the game. The supporters turned up in numbers for the Wigan and Hull away matches last time around so I hope that enthusiasm will transfer to the support at Belle Vue.
I would say the attendance will range between a conservative 4K and a speculative 5.5K.

| Everything is against our marketing team on this one.
Saturady night is not a popular time for rugby fans to go to a match
8.00 pm kick off will mean many people will be on their traditional night out
8.00 pm will mean a very night for some of our youngest fans, so parents may choose to let children watch it at home.
Catalans will bring 4 fans
Its a double header on TV, 6.00pm kick off match followed by our game, many fans will choose to watch both games on tv and not bother going to Belle Vue and save a few quid
Super League set the ticket prices so no deals allowed, kids for a quid etc.
As the gate money goes to SL would suggest that there is little incentive to spend on big money promoting the match
Many of our hard core support will have presumed that we would be playing Cas on Sunday and will have made other plans for the Saturday.
Think we will see a crowd of about 3,000
