i must say im not very impressed by stosic he never seems to break the line, simply just falls as soon as he is tackled. thoughts?

He has been one of our best fowards, does what he is asked to do, hardly ever makes mistakes!!!

He's not there to break the line and he "falls" to land on his front and get a quick play, his defence is very good and makes very few mistakes, i'm happy with him.

yeah, i think he doesnt have the accelaration/power of korki, bibey and moore.

I dont rate Bibey myself. Is he OOC at the end of the season?

Dunno but if he is I would be hoping we retain him. ONe of the best value for money players I imagine. Never eally puts a foot wrong and does the 'ugly' stuff with no complaints.

Stosic is a quality front rower who we missed when injured.

He doesn't huff and puff in front of the grandstand or lay a big hit on someone and then go missing from defence for 10 minutes, neither does he make bollocking 40 yard runs in the midfield but disappear when someone is needed to drive the ball from inside our own 10 yard line (the hardest yards to make on the rugby field).

What he does is make himself available, makes a solid 8 yards a run and gives us a quick play the ball. He bottles up the midfield in defence and rarely gives away a penalty or loses possession.

Agreed. I'm not sure what people want him to do....throw the ball about, be able to kick? He does his job, and does it well. The exact phrase is 'value for money' - more so than others.

Bibey if we lose any forwards this year ino who i want gone and its not Korki, Moore, snitchy, wilkes, sausage, JD.

He's an excellent defensive forward (not much will get past him and Snitch), but if you watch him in his drives he'll never get knocked back. He'll keep pushing with his legs to get a couple more yards in the tackle and still win the ground for the PTB. He's given us just what he promised and when he's on the pitch we seem to have more composure both going forwards and in defence.
