For this game against the Bulls the Wildcats are offering a special deal for families that will save £20 on the normal game-day prices.
This family package is available for a bargain £40 and that will give us access to one of the Wildcats’ key clashes in Engage Super League XV.
The package is available for two adults and two children and it can be purchased from the Wildcats’ Superstore on Doncaster Road right up to 5pm on Thursday, May 13th.

| I can hardly see that packing them in to be honest. We will struggle to hit 5k.

| When haven’t Trinity struggled to get 5K or above for a televised match. Only one springs to mind that comfortably beats it. The deal is a good one and is great value for the family. The kids are pretty much getting in for free.

| Its a good deal but its not earth shattering. I can't see it making much of a difference to a poorly attended game.

No it’s not earth shattering, but it could be if promoted right. Schools should be swamped with flyers advertising the deal, the community department should be handing them out to all the kids they are in contact with for them to take home and use pester power to the extreme.
The flyers should also be distributed amongst juniors sports clubs and, one idea I came up with a few weeks ago, the deal needs advertising at Cineworld in the run up to films (Clash of the Titans (could possibly utilise this angle), How to Train a Dragon, Iron Man 2) where the possible demographic an offer such as this is targeted at will be.

It could be, and your ideas are great but I will be very surprised if the club do anything like your ideas.
I have a season ticket and I could easily be tempted into staying at home, we have been playing the most boring rugby over the last few weeks and there isnt anything at BV I cant get at home or my local.
Poor times.

| If we get above 5K for this will be a miracle. Bradford not the best supported club these days and Sky on a Friday with the current form doesn't bode well for a bumper crowd, ticket deal or not. I think we've got to reduce prices to say £16 advance or set up a good half season ticket offer. I think the club markets itself well but the ground and facilities can be offputting especially to travelling fans.

Agree with that, and with your suggestions about targeted marketing activity; schools, junior clubs etc. Only requires flyers to be handed out, which is a pretty low cost activity.
Also, after the recent Crusaders deal, whereby those of us with season tickets were required to provide the contact details of the people we were obtaining discount tickets for, the mailing list should have swelled a bit; that being the case, I hope there's loads of direct marketing going on for the Bulls game, by email and post.
Finally, someone have a word with the players; a shock win over Leeds this weekend should bring the crowds in for the Bulls game!

great deal hope it fetches more in on the day,
but how showing loyalty to season ticket holders in allowing them free into the academy games, this will get them used to going to watch the young kids coming through the ranks

I like the idea of this Snowie
One thing I'd love to see (and there's probably a good reason why this doesn't happen) - but if we are going to be charged twenty quid on a Sunday, then I'd like it to be for an entire afternoon, put the Academy on at 1pm, the first team at 3:30 - and make sure that the bars are open - and that food is available. I love watching the Academy, and I don't object to paying the massive sum of three quid to watch the academy lads on a Saturday - but sometimes IT IS difficult to square away two visits to Belle Vue in one weekend.
One FULL afternoon would be fabulous, and I think would bring in more money to the club than holding academy games and first team games on different days.
Just a thought..... COME ON THE TRIN!!!!

Positive news?? Its an average deal and its ok.
If you consider that positive news you are easily pleased.
I have always been a positive supporter but lately Im rather peed off, having rather condescending
posts from yourself doesn't help.
If you are just looking for backslappers and happy punters on this board then its going
to slowly die a death.
It may be all great in your ivory tower but here on planet earth its not looking too good, and no one
'up above' seems bothered.
My passion (or lack of) at the moment is because I truly care about this club, and every defeat hurts.
Seeing crowds dwindle hurts, theres so much apathy from a lot of supporters at the moment thats its truly difficult to remain positive and upbeat.
But hey ho, we must just post happy and smiley posts and diss anything that isnt 100% positive.
Gonna be a quiet few weeks if thats the case ....

| What we've got is a thread where some good ideas have been thrown around....I'd say that's a good thing.
Hasn't the Cineworld thing been discussed on here before - a bit of cross promotion between the two helps both and is cost-effective. Have a competition giving away a season ticket for Belle Vue and the cinema, that kind of thing?
