I’d go with that but the player I’d like to see sneak in is Sid.

Did played well in reserves but could only see him replacing batch on the bench but Batch is having excellent impact off the bench at 13.
What a headache for Poching but not a bad position to be in!

| Real headache is weather or not to have a back on the bench or not. Worked last week but will we be lucky again this week not to loose a back in the game???
When was the last time we had a coach with such a selection headache?
What a good position to be in, I can’t wait to stick it to them again this week and start us on an upward roll.
Come on trin!!!

| Great to see poaching giving the challenge cup the attention it deserves.we were worthy winners on our last outing as we have only had a blip in the first half against Leeds so far this season .Here’s hoping we can give the wires another bloody nose on Sunday and progress in the tournament ,and I’m sure with the squad we’ve got we can fight on more than one front and and make a good fist of it and hopefully erase those lacklustre performances in our previous cup exploits.

| IMO the key to beating Warrington again lays in the performances of Hood & Miller.
Lino played so well last week that Warrington will be all over him this week to shut him down. Good teams have players who will step into the breach and become the tormentor in chief when the normal playmaker is marked out of the game. Hood and Miller need to revel in the extra room that Warrington defence might leave while marking Lino.

Bang on. They focused on Fifita last week which worked for the other forwards.
Clearly Lino is going to be under pressure this week.
Max will help too.

| Well PT it looks like you were given duff info because Gaskell is one of the players named that is still several weeks away from recovery according to WP.

I bet you've just wet yourself ever so slightly. Does it matter, he wouldn't get selected anyway so maybe he's sparing his blushes
You're a bit tragic at times.

| I don’t get any pleasure in the club wasting its limited resources on a player with Gaskell’s recent injury record. It was a gamble and currently it is not working. Why did WP inform PT he was fit to return when clearly he is not. We banked on his signing because as per Vastman’s judgment he is a superior player who can fill several positions sadly this is just a seat in the stand at the moment.
We have a record of wasting money on signings like Brough for example who we also gave a two year contract from Huddersfield despite his injuries and how did that go.
I am sorry if you don’t like the truth but 60 minutes play is not a great return. I agree injuries are part of the game but recovery times are very much based on the individual own body.

So, this thread is about the squad v Warrington. None of your points are to do with that.
If you are so desperate to score a point by all means take it.
My comment still stands. It was said at the time. Maybe he meant he was back to training but isn't ready yet. I wasn't trying to convince you of something.
Have you got any comments about the team playing this weekend or are you done now?

Leave W P out of this nothing to do with him at all Gaskell was a CHESTER signing How you can blame W P for is Injury when the squad is far fitter than it as been for years I do not understand .Let's move on from Chesters signing and start enjoying the fresh attitude that is running through the club .Better rugby, more fitter, not to say the ground revamp .Let's get behind the club on Sunday and make a lot of noise so the Wires no they have been in a game win or lose
