Chris Chester has named his 19-man squad for Thursday's clash with Hull Kingston Rovers at Belle Vue, kick-off 8pm.

Two changes have been made to the squad that faced Salford Red Devils last week. Jon Molloy is back into contention, having missed the last five matches through injury, and Stuart Howarth also returns to Chester's squad after sitting out last week. They both replace Danny Kirmond, who will miss the game through suspension, and Ben Jones-Bishop.

The 19-man squad in full is named below:

Scott Anderson

Chris Annakin

Tinirau Arona

Joe Arundel

Matty Ashurst

Anthony England

Liam Finn

Craig Hall

Stuart Howarth

Tom Johnstone

Max Jowitt

Reece Lyne

Jacob Miller

Jon Molloy

Nick Scruton

Mickael Simon

Mikey Sio

Anthony Tupou

Bill Tupou

I think we need a massive game from Anthony Tupou - he's been pretty good so far but he needs to take the lead on the field with Kirmond out.

Big game as we know but not the be all and end all - I can see us winning it but I can also see us losing it very easily.

Come on the lads.

I'd go with

Max Jowitt
Tom Johnstone
Bill Tupou
Joe Arundel
Craig Hall
Jacob Miller
Liam Finn
Nick Scruton
Mikey Sio
Anthony England
Matty Ashurst
Anthony Tupou
Mickael Simon

Stuart Howarth
Scott Anderson
Tinirau Arona
Jon Molloy

Lyne and Annakin missing out.

Lyne could easily be in centre and Tupou to the wing and Hall dropping out.
I've gone for power early with Simon at 13 with Sio and Molloy switching in to that role as Howarth covers hooker.

The only one I don't get is Annakin - why replace a player who is just starting to hit his stride with one coming back from injury, not sure I get your logic on that one Pops.

I wouldn't be offended if it was Annakin, I just prefer Molloy.
Also, Annakin is being used as a front rower and Molloy more a back rower
That bench place in my team is for a back rower

I was thinking the same myself about A Tupou when I heard Kirmond was out. Whilst he has being consistent as one of our decent performers, I was expecting more based on his reputation and Thursday night would be a great time for him to deliver

I would give max a rest the last thing we want to do is burn him out after all he's only a teenager . I would put hall to fullback think he has been great this yr . Would like to see Tupou on the wing instead of centre as well think BJB could do with a spell on the sidelines to hopefully shake him up cos in my eyes has been very poor this yr

The problem there is that Jowitt has been excellent at FB and Hall still looks far better going forward than defending.
He and Johnstone have been utterly superb at times this season.
BJB has been a bit of a mixed bag so far.
Some great moments and some very poor ones. I think he was lazy in defence at Salford and certainly should have cleared the ball out of play for one of their try's.
Having said that, he's scored some decent try's as well, so maybe I'm being a bit harsh on him.

Just think we need to protect max a bit . Thought he was looking a bit tired against Salford . Saying that so was all the team lol . Chester will make that choice though and do what's best for the team and max . I know the old saying if there good enough there old enough but in the modern game this could damage them in the long run . Look at lomax the poor lad

Think there is a need for fresh legs and to rest a couple...I'd go with

Hall
Lynne
B.Tupou
Arundel
Johnstone
Miller
Finn
Scruton
Howarth
England
Molloy
Ashurst
A.Tupou

Subs..Arona, Simon, Annakin, Sio

I take Yates is still suspended otherwise I'd have him in the 17 with it being a short turn around....

By my reckoning Yates suspension finished with the Salford game

I think BJB was injured because when he scored Friday he was clearly limping afterwards.

I'd never ever play Hall at FB again he's utterly out of his depth, but tht's just my opinion - I'd play Owen at FB if I wanted to rest Jowitt.
