Hopefully doesn’t become too regular. As for the game, looking forwards to it. I think we will go full strength and then go 50/50 for the CC game week after.

One thing I'd like to see in this game is Pratt at left centre. I really liked Hall when he was here but after seeing Pratt for a season I think he's better. Both young of course so both can improve and Pratt could be a good winger too but I want to see him against SL opposition to see if he's got it....and then start him against Leeds with Tom outside

I watched the Leeds game live and playback and Pratt handled Sivo very well and he was everywhere off the ball. He oozes confidence and he looks like he could be special. Seems like a young lad with a big engine playing with an older head on him. I like Hall, but Pratt seems to have something.

Be interesting to see where we are at, few good jigsaw pieces missing in terms of Johnstone and Atoni etc, but I think this will give us a good idea on where we are at for the first 40 at least. Two things I am most interested to see is definitely the physicality of the forwards and what kind of rugby we play with Russell / Trueman / Lino. I must admit, I haven`t thought much of Cas`s playing squad up to now, but seeing it on paper, they have got some decent players in there, I think a lot hangs on DM and Delaney to get them firing. Weather doesn`t look as bad as initially predicted either, winds seem to die down into the evening.

They are averaging between 4 and 5 posts a day on FB. I'd say that's pretty good. I picked Wigan as an example and they are pretty much the same apart from game day for their friendly.

Pre season is a great opportunity to do a feature on every first team player, basic stats with action photo gallery and a couple of personalised comments. Basic but more interactive and effective. Perhaps a weekly competition to generate responses. Free wall paper photos, screen saver photo roll outs. Feature on the new disciplinary rules that have a summary or run down. There’s a lot that can be achieved. It’s better than years gone but it can be much more.
