2 Kevin Penny

3 Aaron Murphy

5 Luke George

8 Michael Korkidas

11 Kevin Henderson

13 Glenn Morrison

14 Tommy Lee

17 Paul Johnson

18 Chris Dean

20 Ben Gledhill

21 Frankie Mariano

22 Stuart Howarth

23 Josh Veivers

24 James Davey

27 Kieran Hyde

29 Josh Griffin

31 Kyle Amor

32 Craig Harvey

There is no Jeremy Smith so it looks to be a straight fight between Hyde and Harvey to play in the halves with Tommy Lee. Also with no paul King it looks like Amor will get another go.

Rinaldi is not listed in the squad but there are only 18 names and it says in the paragraphs above the squad list that he is in it.

Is Rinaldi missing from the list as there are only 18 players?

I think Rinaldi should be on the list because on the website it says he is in the squad but he isn't then listed in the list which i copied.

Assuming Rinaldi is actually playing I'd go with this:

23 Josh Veivers
2 Kevin Penny
18 Chris Dean
3 Aaron Murphy
5 Luke George

32 Craig Harvey
14 Tommy Lee

8 Michael Korkidas
9 Julian Rinaldi
17 Paul Johnson

21 Frankie Mariano
22 Stuart Howarth
13 Glenn Morrison

24 James Davey
11 Kevin Henderson
20 Ben Gledhill
31 Kyle Amor

29 Josh Griffin
27 Kieran Hyde

However, I am very much torn between Hyde and Harvey. Thought Hyde played well against the french but equally we need to see what Harvey can do. Would be ok with either.

I fear another heavy defeat. I'm an optimist and have seen weak and unfancied Trinity teams do well and cause upsets so it's possible. However it's the sheers lack of experience in this team that scares me. Take out Morrison, Korki and Hendo out and there isn't a player in that side that's played more than one full SL season, most far less.

Bradford may not be the team they were but if they are in the mood and we are not they should rip that team to bits. Good luck lads icon_razz.gifRAY:

I've gone for Hyde at fullback, I've done this for a few reasons the main ones being:
Josh Vievers has done nothing wrong but he ought to have a break, I know it's only 3 SL games but including the pre season games he's played a lot of senior rugby for a young kid. He needs a week off to physically and mentally regenerate. There's also something going on in the background with his family and if his mind may not be fully focused. He needs to be managed well, an arm round his shoulder and an explanation as to why.

Kieran Hyde has one poor game followed by one good game and he deserves a place in the team, I'm not sold on him being a stand off yet but he can operate as a third half back from the No1 jersey and thats where I see his value.

I've also gone for Griffin on the wing, Bradford have two attacking wingmen in Raynor and Ainscough, and we can't afford to be defensively vulnerable.

I would add Tommy Lee to the list of experienced players.

Great point about Vievers TC...
I dont know if you noticed in the Salford game, but JV didnt retun the ball as much as usual from kicks in play...he passed it on quite a few times...dont know if its a tactic or if hes carrying an injury...

If the rumours are right then Dean won't play so Penny will have to take his place. As for Hyde i'm sure he'll be itching to play against his former team so getting him in somewhere might not be a bad thing. Whether its at fullback depends on Vievers' state of mind. Think you'll see Morrison in the second row and Howarth at lock though.

I hope its not the same itch Smith had to play against his former team.

True but just think how bad he'd have been playing against anyone else!
