er but dont take any posts on here as an application form!

What I would like to see is up to date information in our club in one place ie the main website does not have inportant information like the recent siging of Tronc was on the BBC website but not official so if it could be on the supporters site it would be my first port of call for information not checked official site, bbc sky sports news etc

yes that has been mentioned and we intend to update the web as soon as we can, on the agenda is stadium updates and your ideas, new signings your thoughts and fears, the chase for the top eight place and of course the youth at the club the fantastic run by the academy,

adam has done very well to get it up and running but the task requires help to bring it up another notch, all support for the site is needed and most welcome of ideas

at the moment there's no positive link between the club and the fan site, but the more positive information out there only enhances the great things that are happening

Now working on bringing together some information on our new signings!

Hope to get it back up and running and up date it like I did when it first started out with the added help from Mutts and Snowie it will make it more easy!

And as Mutts and Snowie said, any ideas just let us know!

The perception of the official site is that you'll get the news quicker elsewhere as it'll be hidden amongst a story about the Dolls or somesuch!

I never go to the official site for news just wait for the link to be put on here!

Couple of ideas re the site.

I guess it would be tricky to gain access to the players for interviews as the club might worry about some of the questions asked and how they might be answered. Perhaps if there was a formatted set of questions with each player answering them say every 2 weeks then this might be accepted and seen as a bit of a laugh for the lads. Questions like fav song, fav meal, fav holiday destination,hobbies outside RL, most memorable moment in your career that sort of stuff.

Aside from player profiles how about doing fan profiles. Maybe a fan every month could appear and share some information about their life, likes dislikes etc. It may foster an even greater community spirit within the fan base.

Just a couple of ideas - feel free to ignore them - i am used to that as i have been married for about 20 years (lol - honestly cant remember exactly how many but its got to be around that mark - feels like more though).

Been thinking about the interviews, had a few ideas but need to speak to the club about it. Like you say it be a good laugh for the lads, and it’s all positive stuff so I do hope the club won’t have any objections.

I like the idea of the doing fan profiles, could be a good laugh and it’s something different.

We are hoping to do more coverage on the academy and they certainly deserve it seen as they are having a fantastic season!

Anything that takes hits away from the club site, like player interviews etc. is unlikely to be welcome (because of sponsors) - but you may get lucky. Turning the site into more of a fanzine is probably the best way forward, IMO.
