I would go

Jowitt/ Hooley, MCB, Arundel, Lynne, BJB, Miller, Wood, England, Randell, Hirst, Batchelor, Kirmond, Annakin...Subs Ashurst, Arona, Baldwinson, Huby, Tupou, Wray, Hooley/Jowitt

And (just out of personal curiosity) I would give Jowitt half a game at stand off!

Yes I'd go similarly but start Arona and stick Annakin on the bench for impact. The team almost picks itself with those that are out. Fifita and Pauli out gives a chance for Baldwisnon to have a game. With also Grix and Finny resting up, it'll be interesting to see who they go with at FB and SH. Like you mention Jowitt in the halves might be interesting, don't know what his kicking game is like though. Be good to have a good look at Hooley as well if he gets picked.

Forgot about Horo myself, but Pauli has meant to have said he isn't playing on Boxing day. I hope he does even if it's for a couple of 10-minute spells.

Tbh as good as it is to always beat Leeds, it wouldn't be a bad idea to get the likes of Crowther, Batchelor, Jowitt, Hooley etc involved in this game, along with some of the established players. we already know we're going to be without about 4 first team regulars if you include Pauli. You could maybe rest Kirmond and even Ashurst and Arona to give the young lads a chance.

Always enjoy the Boxing Day game and it's usually a decent crowd at Headingley.
I hope that our "friends" from Leeds com e over in good number and that BV is close to a full house.
It could be a big year for Trinity, both on and off the field and Leeds will have to live without Burrow and McGuire etc.
