I'm a new poster i have been reading these threads for about a year and I feel I must say something before i go potty. I have watched Trinity for 60 years and I have never read so much negative tripe that some people post on here. We aren't doing too bad although there are games we should have won. But according to some Williams is no good neither is Miller and Jowitt is dodgy Kirmond gets stick we haven't got a hooker Fafita gives too many penalties away for God's sake look at the positives and get behind the lads their trying their best.

I'm just watching the Warrington game back and we played some great rugby.
Part of the issue is that we have improved and so expectations have also increased. Some people want a top four team immediately but in reality we will win some games and lose some games.
I'm happy that we are entertaining and competing in nearly every game.

There are things that we'd al like to improve but that will come.
I guess it's all about the 'tone of voice' of the post.
Some come on very strong and then don't understand why people react when actually their basic point is quite valid.
...........but that is their choice.

The 'moaners' aren't representative though imo. It's just people who have something negative to say tend to say it louder.

Dear Telboy I have been watching Trinity for as long as you and I love them to do well but we cannot keep saying look at the positives although we lost. People paying £22 plus want to see a more intelligent style of play than we seem to be unable to manage. Fifita cost us the game on Saturday without doubt. God knows what Ken Traill would have said!

So just because you have been watching them for 60 years does not make you an expert, not sure how you come to the conclusion Fifita cost us the game on Saturday but I'm sure what Ken Traill whoever he is has to do with it.

Fifita didn't cost us the game. He was a key part in getting us in the game in the first place. He made errors as well. Not the same thing.

Ken Trail was way back in the 60's when some of us were fortunate enough to watch a great side in that era. As for Fafita thought he played his socks off and you could see by his face he was gutted when he made that error. Be one of the first names on my teamsheet every week. Keep going boys and hopefully the wins will come.

Not really - very few young people who start supporting the team will be inclined to carry out the type of historical research that qualifies them as superfans, and neither should they be expected to.

And suggesting that Fifita cost us the game on Saturday is rank stupidity; he was one of the best on the pitch - gave us go forward with every carry and created a try with a superb offload.

I agree with your post other than we didn't score from his offload that was the one where ratchford held Miller down and should have been binned for a professional foul.

Without doing any research why would I know who Ken Traill was, more to the point why pick him out of a list of ex Wakey coaches, presumably you must think he was the best of all time otherwise why mention him.
You obviously think that your 60 plus years of following the Trin plus your fond memories of a former coach adds weight to your silly notion that Fifita cost us the game.

Aw come on Telboy. If you have been a Trinity supporter for 60 years you should know that moaning is part of the DNA of a Trinity fan. Moaning is as much part of the human "make up" as praising, and both views are valid. The game is all about winning and we as Trinity fans know more about losing than most other supporters. So if any one wants to moan about their club then for God's sake let them.

Although I agree Fifita did not cost us the game.......Let's not dis Mr Traill. He was in charge in a golden era for Wakefield.
And I'm pretty sure he'd have been really pleased to have Fifita available for his team.

I'm sure Mr Traill is held in high esteem by all those who have good memories of him, and I'm quite sure he'd have been pleased with Fafita's progress at the club although according to other poster he would'nt have, unfortunately I don't have any recollection of the man so I cannot comment, neither have I any recollection of disrespecting his memory either.
All I'm guilty of is enquiring why Mr Traill should be included in the poster's argument that Fifita
lost us the game.

All I will add is if you think we are not performing just think how the Huddersfield and Leigh supporters feel and then ask yourself is it that bad.
