I fancy a win just not sure we can win.

Crabtree and Tansey can't play either apparently

Well the only way is up after today so I would like to think so otherwise gaps between us and teams above will make it harder

It has taken a while but due to HKR beating Salford we are now bottom of SUper League. Just above us is Huddersfield so

Tansey can't play against us on Friday but can he play for us???

Oh and a hudds player got sent off so probs another player down

Hope I'm wrong but can't see a win as we don't know how to score. Plenty of opportunity last Friday but not enough skill to open up the defence

It will be our usual kick start of Huddersfield's season. We are always generous to them.

Huddersfield could send a team of under 13s and they'd still give us a hiding. Friday will be Huddersfield's chance to kick start their season and we'll happily oblige. Can't see anything other than a disappointing defeat. Happy to be proved wrong mind.

Well if this Huddersfield team is as weak as some are saying then we could probably get a win.
However they still have plenty of good players so I think a win could be a big ask of our guys.

On the other hand if we can't beat them at home with all their current problems it makes you wonder
if we will manage to get another win at all in the regular rounds. I think this game will be a real
guideline as to the true potential of our current squad.

Given who Huddersfield have missing and their lack of form i actually think we have a chance, especially given we have had 2 days extra prep for it. I think you'll find there is a return for Kirmond, Moore and BJB as well which will help lift spirits, so i'm going for a narrow win for us.

If Brough doesn't play we've got a chance.

If a half fit Brough plays we've got no chance.

My mind goes back to Catalan at home last season. They had not won an away game all season but we were as per usual low on confidence having endured a string of defeats. This game appears to be following the same scenario and sadly I expect the outcome to be the same. I know we have another new coach but he is still working with the same squad of players.

Beating Shudds is always difficult for us.
I don't know the stats but, its something like2 wins in 10 years ??

Having said that, they are down on form, down on numbers and we simply MUST NOT allow this game to kick start their season.
They say there are no easy games in SL but, every team see's playing Wakefield as an easy game.
No if's, o but's, we have to start strong and win the game by whatever means we can.

They will e going all out to take their 2 easy points and it's up to us not to le it happen.

Le's get right behind the boys and Chris Chester and generate some positive atmosphere at Belle Vue and we might be able to scrape a win.
