I was gutted when we were unable to agree terms with Smith
He just seems like the ideal player for us, We are desperate for a centre, he has experience, aggression, a strong kicking game, great in defender and attacker
It would be a real shame to see Smith playing the championship and not superleague
|

I wondered why he didn't appear in the MPG as he's a more than useful player and BS spoke highly of him during the play offs. However it's good to see that no one man is bigger than the team under this regime.

i have been told when wakefield had no money lee was offered a contract by castle ford and turned it down he did not want to leave wakefield that is why he went to newcastle and he did not want to leave this time he told me and other fans as well so do not believe what smith and carter say they don't tell the truth as we have seen before

You do realise lots of people read this forum - and most of them are laughing at you!
Lee Smith only has loyalty to himself! He stabbed his mates in the back by what he did at the end of the season and, good player or not, he would not be welcomed by me and I don't care for what happens to him from here!
