I like the signings we have made.
Anderson, Ryan and Godinet are all Wakefield type players. They work hard for the cause. They put everything into the game, whether it is going well or not. I'd be happy with another like them. No great name but lots of great heart and untapped talent.

i think some UK clubs were linked with David Gower last year but he left Manly for Parra - showing as OOC and would do a decent job based on what I have seen.

Forget all these high profile names - we will be at the bottom of the pecking order for these.

Tahu is a decent centre if collis goes. Also Joseph Paulo did well in world cup and can cover backrow and stand off

Joseph Paulo is an old team mate of Tautai and he'd be ideal at 13 at Trinity. He played really well at 6 for USA in RLWC 2013 but has the size of a big second rower at 6 foot 2 tall and 16 stone to give the Trinity pack more good forward as well as creativity.

However I think funds are low if we can't afford to retain Mathers despite the coach allegedly still wanting to retain him. Therefore I'd be pleasantly surprised if we bought any top grade NRL players off contract if anything it'll be a promising reserve grader.

Most important signing is the fans come Sept 1st!

If there is no money then I think it'll be a choice between Hall and Sammut (with Jowitt as back up) for next season at full back.

There are a couple of NRL teams of which I never miss a match and the Eels are one of them
I absolutely love Captain america, he has an amazing football brain, pace, hands, power, off load, kicks and can call the play's, he's pretty much the total package, I can't see him in the SL at all unless its towards the end of his career,

I'd love to be wrong though

I think Paulo is decent but I'd disagree generally about the pace and power bit - I don't think he does the tough stuff very well for a 13 and isn't that quick at all. Having said that, he would probably suit SL down to the ground
