I'm surprised he managed to even attempt 8 tackles the amount of time he spent sulking. It was clear yesterday that he didn't want to know.

He didnt have a great game yesterday but far too early to be throwing that around.

I certainly think Gareth Potts is a more accomplished winger than Owen, he has more pace, defends better and comes with less baggage

Owen had a face like a slapped a--- for the whole of the game. He had no desire to be there. Like most of the team they did not acknowledge each other and they were dire. The atmosphere at the game was likened to princess Diana's funeral.

Don't have a problem with the Owen signing as it is another signing that RA has made.
Pretty soon he will have a squad all of his own, not what he inherited.

He didn't look especially interested on Sunday, but then I suppose having spent the whole of the first half without getting his hands on the ball, his attention had started to wander.

The thing I remember is missing the pass from Washbrook leaving him with a clear run but he either didn't expect it or his mind was elsewhere but either way I felt he didn't want to push himself. Maybe he needs more time "to gel" so we will see how he goes.
