How much is it going to cost to get rid of him? We are lacking fitness, cohesion and a good attitude. Agar spoke in the 1873 suite after the game and he was uninspiring, monotone and came up with the same old rubbish!

Compare his reaction to Darryl powells after they came up short against saints and you'd think we were riding high in the league and we'd just had an unlucky loss. Agar again showed no emotion and no passion. its time to go before we have too much ground to make up. The longer her stays, the closer we are to relegation.

Could it be that we are reaping the results of cutting backroom staff. I don't know if we have a fitness coach or even a sports psychologist on the books. All these are a fundamental in any pro sport nowadays. The club have pared it back to the bone, did they go too far? I think the mindset is all wrong,there's no confidence and even Agar appears to have lost the plot and appears to just be playing blind roulette with players and positions in the hope he drops on one that works. Sometimes changes have to be made to shock players out of this mindset, I think that time has now arrived.

You are having a laugh - its a shambles and hard to believe that you are watching the same team.

Why do fans think that not getting walloped by 50 is an improvement.
It is obvious that Agar does not have the support of the players anymore and his post match comments are nothing short of embarrassing

Errors are not his fault, the general performance is. Just because for 30 minutes it wasn't quite as bad as the previous three games doesn't excuse the gutless defence on show today. A trait thats plagued Agar's side since he's been here. He's incapable of improving this.

I'd even say some errors are his fault - playing injured players and people out of position is never going to work, especially against a team riding high like Cas are.

I said when he was appointed that I would give him time and support him but I am struggling to find the will any more.

The team in 2011 were better than this team but on paper had less quality. They managed 7 wins that season but Can only see us getting one more.

There was NO improvement. You must have been at a different match. There was 20 post half time mins when Cas got sleepy and made errors, letting us back in. There was also the appearance of Godinet who made a difference in taking us forward only to be taken off again. Utter rubbish is all I have to say and we were lucky not to have a bigger humiliation than we got

A good proportion of that Cas side were rubbish last season under Millward. Powell comes along adds a few championship players and a few SL fringe players and Hey Presto !!!
