Wouldn't suprise me really, if the deal is done we can look at clearing pretty much all debts and starting recruitment properly for 2014 both in the loan market and bargain hunting.

Kirmond is worth a good 120k + likely a sizeable contract. Our most valued asset in reality.

As much as I would like him to stay maybe its time to look at the reality of the situation and get the money in then we can build with time to spare.

Whilst I don't want him or the others to go all the constant speculation is doing even more damage. If they have got to go so be it, get them sold, wipe the debt and get on with building a team. The longer we try and scratch around hanging on to them, only to have to sell them down the line, the less likely there is to be anybody kicking around who might be able to do a job for us at the right price. We need to bottom out the bad news and start building some positivity in the press with new additions etc, and try and sell some season tickets on the back of that. If we carry on like this up til xmas then the PR damage will be too great to repair in the time available.

He is a good actor then. Along with his WE column comments he was at the ground this morning washing cars for charity and has just been sponsored for next season.

Bet Tony Revons is really miffed off , he has paid good money to sponsor Kirmond next season.

The poor season ticket sales show we are already losing a lot of support. If it will sort the club out then he should be sold now whilst his stock is at its highest, end of. Can we afford not to and let this drag on and on?

It's a sad state of affairs though and those who put us here seem to have walked away from it quite nicely. I take it West Yorkshire Windows will be renewing there lucrative sponsorships packages at the going market rates this coming season.......

I think MC will fight tooth and nail to keep him. He knows for many supporters he is our talisman. A local lad. Selling him would be done with a heavy heart.
