Started well and threw the ball to hand with conviction and a bit of fizz. Shame that a couple of key moments - burrows try from a pass that was 4 foot forward and then scoring on the last play of the first half - just eased the pressure on them - we were the better team for considerable periods. Hoping for more next season the players are talented enough.

After Lauititi scored you blew it for me. You shouldn't have been throwing the ball around like you were and could quite easily have forced an error had you pinned Leeds into their 10/20 like you had been doing. There were 10 minutes left. Plenty time for 2 scores. Silly play.

I dont know about anyone else but i cant even be d given the game an autopsy, we could of done this, we should of done that. Its done now. Just really looking forward to next season and see who Agar can entice to come to are team.

4 x we were pressing the Leeds line. 4 x we forced silly passes and coughed up possession. 4 x Leeds scored immediately or within a set of 6. if we had been patient when near their line tonight, this would have been a very close thing and it was closer than the score suggests anyway. Won't be too critical though. We were pretty damn good for a good deal of that game. Well done Trinity, great effort

Totally agree.

Blew 3 good chance and against lower teams might have got away with it but not Leeds. Apart from that pretty happy. Think Leeds will win in France as game type will suit them but after that expect a kicking boys.

Enormously proud of the boys, more than I ecpected this season.
We weren't beaten, sadly we beat ourselves.
Congratulations to the rhinos they did what they had to; they are a champion side.
We've had a taste of what's to come a year ahead of time IMO.
Anything negative I've said about RA and JE Fir employing him i humbly take back, in defeat I am very proud to be a Wakefield fan and to have stood amongst so many wonderful fans all season home and away.

You didn't convert pressure into points when you were on top, that was the difference. Leeds did. Great run to the play offs though. A lot to build on next year.

No buts for me - I'm really proud of the effort tonight; great run of form, great support and a cracking game - they took their chances and we didn't take enough of ours, simple.
