Got to agree with you here to some extent. I think the "PR strategy" isn't conducted by Cas Tigers though but through Chase himself and his agent who was in the country recently. Get suspended (again) plus a bad diciplinary record and hopefully (for Chase) he will be able to leave. I would'nt be surprised if Hull FC is his destination where he will be re-united with his old drinking buddy Westerman.

Time for Cas Tigers to cash-in I think and with his perportedly high earnings we could get 3 decent SL players. I read somewhere he is in the top 3 earners in SL which for a club of our stature is a bit extreme. |

It won't/can't be conducted by Cas because the guy is on a 5 year contract - same as Clarke - and what would that say to the rest of the world? Neither player was ever likely to stay at Cas for that length of time, if we're being honest, but a sale would suit both parties financially. Running SL clubs costs money. Developing new stadia costs money. Transfers make money. Win - win. |
