Poor game and some strange calls, how does he justify allowing a injured player to be trampled on.

Shocking display by Hicks today. Dreadful decision to allow play on when Southern was down and injured, players all around him. resulted in Bradford try as we couldn't get near them.

Wasnt there but sounds correct decision. Only stop play for head injuries

My understanding is that the game is stopped if a injured player is in a position where he could interfere with play as Kris Welham was on Friday night. If he was in the way game should have been stopped to protect the player and any medical staff who were treating him, not sure if anyone was in attendance as i was unable to come to this afternoons game.

Hicks managed to stop the game later when a Bradford player was injured.

Hicks is a poor ref, he seems to see what he wants and ignore the rest a bit like ganson when he's on sky.

Was the bradford player interfearing in play or was he just doing it cos it was bradford the rfl's team

The bulls player run straight at/side of southern and medical staff on floor which enabled them to get great yard gains and score off the next play all while southern was in the thick of it.

I think play should have stopped. The decision (lack of)with 15 to go and even scores when bulls centre threw an outrageous forward which a bullswinger had to stick his foot out for was also a poor call. Bulls scored next set, if that would have gone our way too who knows.

But all ifs and buts. Fact is we got beat and need to Really turn up to beat cats next week.

Ref was appalling today, both sides had bad decisions against them....If Hicks had let the game flow a bit more, it would have been a cracking game to watch, unfortunately I personslly thought it was the worst game at odsal this year.

I understand that ruling but player safety is down to him, that and the fact he did stop play later on around the play the ball for a none head injury.

Not trying to make out he cheated us, just feel he is out of order letting players get trampled.

Robert Hicks was inconsistent and pedantic today.

How he found Twenty Six penalties in the game to blow up for - I don't honestly know.
