www.thisishullandeastriding.co.u ... /story.htm
States that we are interested with Agar keen to bring him back to his west Yorkshire roots! Bit of a loose cannon from what I've heard easily led into doing stupid things! Is it a good idea pairing him with cockayne after their arrest? No doubt a good player but would he do a job for us and do we want him??

| If Amor goes to Leeds, and as along as there is a similar clause to his contract then Ben Cockayne had, then I wouldn't say no.

| I'd take him in a heartbeat. Complete Nutball but agar takes no prisoners re discipline and behaviour. Big hard strong running prop who has a heel of a lot of potential

A clause saying he can't socialise with Cockayne would be adequate.

| If he were to come and knuckle down like Ben has then It would be a good signing.

| Would be a cracking signing in my opinion. Not the brightest, but if you picked a RL team on intelligence you would be struggling to put a side out!
Tough lad, who doesnt take a backward step.
Get him and Amor and i would be happy. Dont know if Kyle is going to stay, but i would bet if he goes back to Leeds he will be on the move again a year after. He would be in and out of the side at Headingley like Griffin, Moore, Kirke and Pitts (was).

That would be when we had no money, no franchise and no chance of signing him. You do understand why the 2011 team was all loan players, freebies and kids don't you?

| Wakefield need to sign promising players like this to continue to progress and even better he's from the Wakefield district. Hopefully we have enough money.

| Agar appears to have tamed Ben Cockayne, so I see no reason why he can't do the same with Liam Watts; I was a (very) vocal opposer of BC's signing but since joining us, he appears to have knuckled down, grasped the opportunity and made a genuine effort to repay the confidence that was shown in him. Fair play - I was wrong.
A nucleus of local lads playing with a bit of pride and passion would be a great backbone for our team going forward.

| We have all been young and done stupid things in our late teens and early twentys and then one day the light comes on or events happen and we change.Hes a youngster and dont take a backward step and some of our senior players can point him in the right direction.Heavens above we have had our share of bad boys in the past and they have come good. The one thing with Agar is all the players that have played for him say good things about him so he must have a good influance on the players.

| Had a great season 2010,
Disapointed that he doesn't want to knuckle down and fight for his place at Rovers.
Maybe a fresh start will do him good.
