Well what a game that was!

One of the best Sunday afternoons I've had in a long time, hats off to Andrew Glover and all down at the club.

Glorious sunshine, some excellent rugby played from us to get us into a match winning position (despite me continually reading from Hull fans that Agar's teams are boring to watch )....... and then the inevitable tough on the ticker last half hour when Catalans (through the position they were in) started to throw caution to the wind and show us all just what a quality side they are!

I know one swallow doesn't make a summer and we still made quite a few errors, especially in the first half in our own half. A combination though of some quality defending and some cracking tries saw us through for a great two points and gives us plenty to look forward to in the coming weeks!

......and to be fair it was coming.....off the back of two good perfomances against two of the higher placed teams in the league.

Great attendance too for this fixture at 7250 odd....

I thought Aiton deserved MOTM, but also Kirmond, Fox, Cockayne, pretty much the whole team, weren't far off. Keep it up for London lads!

I'll admit i had a emotional (small) tear in my eye at full time, not felt like that for a long time.

Sunny day, good rugby, and passion and skill on the field, added to that a cracking crowd and things looking positive at the club after years of misery.

Stood with good friends, superb day.

Yep I agree with everything posted so far, a really enjoyable first half, good tries, backing up and keeping Catalans out and but for a couple of Cockayne brainfarts second half I think we'd have steadied the ship a bit better but on the whole am happy and a good run of games now should push us up to halfway and beyond. The performances are certainly coming together and the lads are playing much better as a team

I think it could catch on Wakefield supporters leaving a game with a smile on their face. What a game, MOM they all deserved it. More of the same please but lets have a ref that can see high shots. Dragons got away with loads today. Still they went home to their garlic stew and we had caviar. COME ON THE MIGHTY TRIN.

They all stood up to be counted today, played with some vim and vigour - and not a little skill - and defended their lines professionally and passionately.

There was a little bit of anxiety towards the end - on and off the pitch - probably as a result of not winning for several games and not at home either - but we were far enough away to hold on after 60 minutes of superb stuff.

What a great day from start to finish, all the boys proved that last week was no fluke and backed it up brilliantly, with some really exciting RL. The crowd was awesome again and if we can keep this going we might average over 8k this year, which all things considered would be a mighty effort by everyone.

Brilliant day.. they even had peas on for the pie and peas (shame they charged £1.50 for them)

As has been said before, Belle Vue is the best ground in SL on a sunny day.

Enjoyed it more than any game for a long time. Made it difficult for our selves with some silly mistakes but can't knock the desire, it was great to see.

Great performance from all of them, it was great watching Fox flying down the middle for his try. I think we should have closed up shop in the 2nd half instead of throwing the ball around though.

I Not sure i will get to a game all season. I never used to miss a game, then started working away. Any way well done, it must be great to be part of the club at the moment.

Agar out !!!!! Predictable 5 drives and a kick rugby, poor signings !!! Especially that Aiton character !!! Absolute garbage !!! the Hull F.C fans were right, I apologise for not listening to what they said.

agreed re ailton, total garbage, so bad in fact that no other super league club would be interested, boring rugby,
tim smith should be digusted at some of the passes hes throwing, quickly and to oncoming runners, organising plays, trying things, rubbish!
and dont get me started on amor, charlie and bloody mathers, agar out is not enough, sack the board.

oh and steve southern cant tackle either.

Totally agree, if we don't get rid of most of the squad I can see us getting the wooden spoon this season. Lacklustre effort from so called Pro RL players, I certainly won't be attending any more WTW fixtures until Agar has gone and replaced by Peter Gentle. Oh and he can make sure he brings Ellis too, our pack is crap !!!!
