Looking at the freezing conditions and the weather to come - is the game going to be on. Has the ground been covered etc?
Don't want to be a killjoy but it ain't looking promising - perhaps we should have bought one of those plastic pitches?

We used to have covers, I'm guessing nowadays you can hire them along with some blowers. I'd assume we are doing what we can. Fingers crossed. |

I have a couple of old carpets in the loft they car borrow and a zippo lighter to provide extra warmth to defrost the ground

Was suprised the KR v Rhinos was on as big Errol walked onto the pitch and tried to poke his keys into it and said there was no give in the mud and it was rock hard.
