If you haven't got your letter, you should've received an email confirmation, which they will accept as proof of purchase.

I got mine. I had ID, could tell them date I called and had the card that I used but I didn't have my letter.
They are rightly cautious but they are very helpful in the shop to help you get your pass.

Anyone know if open late this week as can't go during the day.

I have a friend who hasn't got theirs yet.They didn't get a letter when they paid and haven't got an e-mail either.

All i believe the club are asking is that when fans come to pick up their season tickets, that they have a letter or email and ID.

If you do not have a letter or email, if you paid by card, i'd get a statement showing the transaction as proof of purchase. If you don't have an email, letter or statement, then best to contact the shop on 01924 201548 and see whether they can trace your transaction

This is nonsense!

I am buggered if I'm going to waste my life searching for a piece of paper to prove that it was me that paid for a season ticket in my name for me to collect at my convenience. Anything other than this, after providing suitable ID such as my driving licence, is ridiculous!

Yep. And those who requested it posting out should get it posted out, whether they have a Wakefield postcode or not. If the club don't want to do that then don't have it as an option. Maybe have an option where you can pay extra for postage if you wish but don't move the goal posts at this stage. Bad PR i'm afraid.

I bought 1 in september and 1 in november took my receipts/letters and passports to the shop yesterday...no problems
