There has been a hell of a lot made of the Tevez incident last night but surprise surprise us Trinity fans have seen it all before.

Darryl Griffin refused to play for us against Huddersfield at the Galpharm in 2006 in Tony Smith's last game in charge. I don't remember anywhere near as much hype when Griffin did it compared to Tevez.

i think they should send tevez out on loan to a poor team in the scottish highlands int he middle of nowhere.... if he misses training sessions... FINE HIM! misses match... FINE HIM!! manchester city are perfectly entitled to send him on loan where they want, if he doesnt stick to his part of the contract then they can refuse to pay him. boom. make his life a misery.

I remember years ago when Nottingham Forest boss Harry Bassett was having trouble with sulky tart Pierre van Hoijdonk.
He said if all the other premiership clubs give me £750K I can replace him and let him rot for the rear of his contract, and thi sort of thing won't happen again.
Needless to say the short sighted greedy clubs didn't help out, and prima donna player power still wins.
It's like the rehabilitation of offenders act gone mad, but our game isn't spotless in clubs offering to take other clubs nuptys off them if the price is right, rather than setting a high moral standard and sticking together fir the overall good of the game.
