| Ryan Tongia looks to be a full back in a similar mould to tomkins at Wigan in his style. I hope we can get him in for 2012 full back slot. Him and Tony battling it out for 1 and a wing spot would good.
Looks lively, had a few mistakes but looks dangerous too. Hope he stays at wakey.
Also wasn't trout offered a deal?

| Aye, let's get Tony and Tongia battling for the fb spot, then bring in Phelps and Cockayne, to continue the grand tradition of collecting fb's.

| Would rather the club keep a lid on the number of imports they bring to the club.
Tongia looks an exciting prospect but also a liability. His kick returns scare me to death but his unpredictability is something the club have sorely lacked this, and last, season. With him an Lauititi in the side this will certainly be rectified.

| From the little I've seen of Tongia he could be one of the most exciting players to don the shirt for a while, he'll cost a few points but he'll score some and add lots of flair and unpredictability to the side

Both Ben C and Phelps play fullback centre and wing. I dont neccesarily think it is case of us hoarding fullbacks. To add both of these players would add versatility to the back line and raise the quailty of the squad in comparison to what we have seen this year. Agar would have plenty of options in the backline having Tony, Phelps, Cockayne, Fox, Murphy, Mellars, Tongia and Walshaw to choose form. Senior has not got a club at the moment either. Who knows!!

This looks like one of the better back line that we have had for a long time lets see who actually signs. A return of sam obst would be welcome aswell but only time will tell on that front!!

Signing Obst would be a backward step in my opinion. We're covered at hooker and he isn't good enough to play in the halves. It would be a very uninspiring signing for me.

As I have said in previous posts I like Sam as a player and a person, but the fact is he abandoned ship when the going got tough.

| That's not my understanding - the administrator sold him (as he did others) to raise money for creditors. I think it would have been difficult for players to refuse as there was no certainity that the club wouldn't simply fold. Sam always gave everything for Trinity. He wasn't simply a journeyman looking for the best way to get more money.

I refer my learned gentleman to Aaron Murphy.

Your ability to take and misunderstand someone elses opinion and then quote it in a way that fits your argument is truly stunning.
I'm not trying to second guess Bigal1 here, maybe you are right but when he says exciting I'm not sure he means it quite in the way you think.
