| Anyone know why Mr Parkin pulled out yet? Doesn't make sense hes worth 180million our club would be worth whats in his piggy bank? He was 99% certain he was going to buy our club. But i suppose this is our luck  |

Parkin was going to take over before we went in to admin. This would have meant paying ted .5 million. In a way I'm glad he didn't becUse does ted really deserve that sort of pay off with the mess he left us in??

Because he hasn't earnt his money by peeing it down the drain. Our SL status couldn't be guaranteed and therefore the chances of Newmarket happening are dwindling. He therefore wouldn't have a stadium for us and Guiesley to play out of and there was nothing in it for him

Think he may have wanted a Wakefield football team. If Newmarket is built he could still have this without the expense of a rugby team

This would have meant paying HMRC 350K and 150K for the daily running of the club up to the start of the season.

Not really called for, is it? Ted had the club up for 500K and a walkaway. The breakdown was commonly known. If Parkin had to buy Ted's shares out too, he'd be looking at closer to 1M. |
