| OK!
I've calmed down a bit!
In the aftermath of the abysmal performance against the Crusaders and whilst still enraged by the complete absence of any kind of passion, skill, application or professionalism, I wrote the followingBlaymire
Blanch
Murphy
George
Morton
Cooke
Obst
Moore
Davey
King
Ferguson
Henderson
Morrison
Trout
Johnson
Gledhill
Korkidas
Tronc should be made to travel and run the kicking tee on.
Millard should be given a week to consider whether he wants to be here and whether he wants to put the effort in.
JD needs to think about whether he can still contribute or are we allowing his loyalty and our affection to hurt the team effort.
One or two others ought to be thinking themselves lucky and should be told as much in no uncertain terms.
Being a nice family club is all well and good but t's not a holiday camp!
Shape up or ship out!'"
now having slept and had time to consider the performance this is what I believe should be done and what I would do if this were my team, here are my thoughts.
Blaymire
Blanch
Murphy
George
Morton
Cooke
Obst
Moore
Davey
King
Ferguson
Henderson
Morrison
Trout
Johnson
Gledhill
Korkidas

| Pretty much agree with that Clan, I personally would maybe stick with JD and try and let him get into some form, thought he was one of the better performers the other day.
That 17 gets back to what we should be aiming to achieve though...i.e.. 12 British players!

| Said on another thread Blaymire is likely to miss out (hamstring), so probably have to bring "Magic" back or Gleeson and move Murphy to FB.

| Everyone's seems to be having an opinion about who should and shouldn't be in the team for Saturday and here's mine:
Murphy
Blanch
Gleeson (only cause Kirmond is not impressing me)
Millard
George
BJ - someone definitely singing for his supper
Obst
Korki
Leo-Latu
P. King
Cooke
Ferguson
Demetriou
REPS
Davey
Gledhill
Trout
Morton
Two to miss out:
Johnson and Kirmond to miss out.
Cheers.
Oh and one last for thing, rearrange these sentences:
Out Please It Sort
Ideas Your Up Buck
Pratting More About No
If we ain't getting through to the players, then they obviously aren't paying attention.

Despite his defensive frailties my preference would be to bring Sean Gleeson back, I'm so disappointed with Millard.
I know that TRB has posted some statistics which show his performances in a decent light and that's all well and good but the reality is that he's underperforming.
He's getting away with doing almost enough and I know he's better than that, which is why I say he needs to look at himself in the mirror and ask whether he wants to do the extra work required to be at his best.
Instead of just coasting along he should be commanding the ball and making things happen because he's good enough to do that.

I agree about the coasting remark definately seems like he's playing within himself, although the 5 drives and a kick style of play we are playing atm isn't likely to get the best out of him IMO.

| To be fair to JD he had a decent game on Sunday and he should play.
Leo Latu if picked should be interchange hooker and nothing more !!!!
Tronc intends to fly home from Heathrow after the game. Drop him and let him find his way to the airport.
Other than that I'll go with whatever team is picked.

| Tesco has broken his hand (9 to 10 weeks)
Blaymire achiles trouble 4 weeks
Same for Richard moore
Shane Tronc on his way back to oz tonight or morning.
Kear said to him openly you have got your head in Australia so you might as well take the rest of you.

Deary me!
I'd still use this game to make a point to Millard and get him to reflect on his performances so far.
Time for the young lads to step up and take their chance then.
in light of this injury news, here goes:
Murphy
Blanch
Gleeson
George
Morton
Jeffries
Obst
Korkidas
Davey
King
Ferguson
Henderson
Cooke
Latu
Johnson
Gledhill
JD
Anekin/Trout

in light of this injury news, here goes
looking light on the bench. Think it shows how much we need a front rower to replace the pussy whipped Tronc asap. Then a scrum half if a decent one is free.

| What about the lad we got in exchange for Southernwood for fullback?
Did we not sign him because he was a lot nearer ready for first team than Southernwood? If so he can't be far off can he?
Murphy is looking excellent in the centres and I'd like him to have a prolonged run there...

Smurph should get to keep his place there I agree. Let's give the new kid a bash if he's ready.
