If that is what it says in the tenancy agreement then yes we would have no choice.

AFAIK Trinity pay rent and are liable for maintenance. Thats why NM can't come soon enough. A lot of clubs have left their old owned ground and struggled in a new rented stadium. Trinity are not in that boat so should find the transition a little smoother.

The B.O.D. must have been aware of this issue,seems a bit late in the day.even after the work it all needs to be passed and that can take ages.

I get the feeling it was a major shock to the new regime, I have a nagging doubt it may have been known as a probable issue to the previous bunch.

I can understand your frustration and I assume that by referencing a BIG FAT rat you're talking about Nige? But unless the safety certificates for all stadia are issued by an RFL employed central body, I don't see how it could be political?

It does seem suspicious that at the start of a crucial season, one of the clubs that has always been seen as superfluous has been further kneecapped, but I don't see how this could have been manufactured; BV has looked to be on the brink of collapse for years and maybe it's just that a particularly bad winter has damaged the concrete terracing so much that it's no longer deemed safe?
