Has anyone else received a letter from them referring to a special deal as a supporter of their partners WTW? I wasn't aware they were partners of the club?
I seem to recall them being mentioned by Fozzard in one of his tweets about the reasons he was packing it in at Cas (something to do with a letter from them to the Chairman).
Made me wonder if the two were connected?

I support the club 100% in trying to make as much money from commercial activity but did the club pass on my/our details. If so I do not remember giving permission (please correct me if I did). If this is the case has the club broken the data protection act?

It is possible that the club has issued these letters on behalf of Polar Ford - all they needed was some text and letterheads. If so, then there is no issue with Data Protection.
It may be a niusance to some, but probably no wrong has been committed! |
