No real suprise, but could be a good motivator. Is not finishing bottom our realistic playing challenge this year?
Suprised by the attendance figure too. UP 93 but less than 6k average?
Dale Morton = player to watch? I suppose he'll get game time when Kevin Penny is hounded out by the 'supporters' and Luke George is injured?

| Predicted to be last by Rugby League World magazine, Jon Wells and William Hills as well. With the points deduction they may not be far wrong but its great motivation to stick two fingers up at them all and spring some surprises on the way.

| You'd probably make more money backing against us than with us this year, so predictions to finish bottom are not a surprise. We haven't got the players, but we haven't got the budget either.

| I think Quins will take the wooden spoon, although sadly I think Trinity are in for a tough year, but they do seem to thrive under such pressure.

| It's quite possible who ever the new owner is, is that they make more money available for recruitment. We would see the benefits in the second 2/3rds of the season. In the likely case of been told in July that we won't be getting franchise I fear this will have a negative effect on the team in the last quarter of the season.

Alternatively the players who have SL aspirations have 3 months to perform to such a level to attract potential suitors which could have a positive effect. e.g. Korky's performances when his contract is up for renewal.

| Suits me fine that we are tipped to be last, we always seem to play our best when everyone is expecting us to loose. Also it suits Kears coaching and motivational styles perfectly.

| I d'ont care if we come bottom as long as there is 100% effort and commitment in every game, we have a squad full of young lads who are chomping at the bit to get stuck in and play for the wildcats.

| Ian Millward thinks we'll just win more games than Quins but it will be down to the amount of points deducted. Pretty much how i see it to be honest. Might sneak above Crusaders as well at a push.

| If Quins can keep Luke Dorn, Tony Clubb, Chad Randall, Karl Temata Rob Purdham, and Chris Bailey fit then they will finish above us, points reduction or not. All these players would stroll into our team. I think Quins have done well to take Karl Pryce, Joe Mellor and Mark Calderwood on loan. They look to have a good first 13.
If we get a new owner then we are going to have to start by looking at loan players from Wigan, Saints, Hudds and Warrington.
