| Without getting caught up in today's sensational victory.
For the first time since 2004 I have every confidence of Wakefield beating anyone.
Also great seeing Miller dominate Todd Carney like a little sl*t for 80 minutes.

| I'm sure all our fans will be happy securing a top 8 place this season, we don't ask for much but our expectations are increasing by the week and I'm with Wrencat on one of the other threads. I believe we can go even further and with 8 games left and our form fantastic why shouldn't we aim for the top like the others do? Salford away, Hull KR home, Hudds away, Leeds home, Saints home, Wigan away, Catalans away and Cas home is our list of fixtures. We are also still in the cup so that will have a bearing on things but we can beat anybody as has been proved and I expect more wins will come our way but my gut feeling is we will be around 5th or 6th and I'll settle for that.

| During Magic Weekend, I shifted from wanting the clubs adrift at the bottom to be secured there, to wanting the clubs at the top to be reeled in a bit; thus I found myself in the distasteful position of hoping for a Shudds win against St Helens, after which I took a long shower to cleanse myself of that particular stench.
I guess we're looking at those ahead of us now, rather than over our shoulders. Nice.

| I'm still in the lets get the bottom 4 adrift camp. That's the priority for this year still.

Me too, until we are mathmetically certain of a top 8 place I will be looking over my shoulder.

| Hull need to win 1 more game to be mathematically certain not to be caught by Leeds.

| People were waxing lyrical about widnes after they won what 4 games, comparing then to Leicester CITY! The run Wakefield are on is unreal. A tough but very decent cup game. To beat a catalan side in fine form missing your best prop and hooker shows that there's some genuine depth to your team and confidence is brimming. My favourite ever drop goal was pat Richards from a few year ago, safe to say millers has overtook that! Wowzas.

| Until yesterday, I was all about the bottom four losing. Now, although one of the teams might break out, I think we should be able to steer clear of Widnes, as they are more likely to be pulled in than we are.

| Although many of our remaining fixtures look pretty tough, I'll gamble that we are looking forward to playing Wigan, Saints, Leeds etc, far more than they are.
Can you imagine being the opposition and having to play The Mighty Trin !, they must all be cr@pping themselves.
Plus, getting beaten by Wakefield, Shaun Wane still hasn't got over it, I bet he has nightmares about "busses to London"
I keep expecting to wake up from the dream but, this one is lasting a while, brilliant !

I'm not jumping the guns here - but - if things stay as they are our end of season game may be an epic for all the right reasons for a change. I'm not after a love in but I'd say a fight for the 4th place would be a great spectacle for both sets of fans and by way of a change for glory rather than survival!

| There is no reason at all we should be not targeting every game to win. The higher we are up in the table the better. Hopefully we can get through to the semi's too!

Completely agree.
I once said that to my best mate who is a Cas fan after the million pound game.
A few weeks after as he didn't talk to me for a while!
But we both said we looked forward to the day when we were playing a game to decide who's in the 8 rather than who goes down.
Maybe we are there this season.

| Speechless so proud. The proudest I've been for a long time. Miller has tackled like a absolute machine all year. Everyone is playing above themselves I'm privileged to see such a hard working side Trinity is the name and playing for the shirt is our game! David beat goliath on Sunday absolutly tremendous

| I agree Vastman. We beat Wigan 62-0, St's no great shakes, and we beat Warrington. Couple of added reinforcements to help our tired players out could do wonders and kick us along. Looking at the 4 now.
