| Just seen a post on Salford forum suggesting we are swapping Tim for mcgoldrick and cash, I really hope this is a very late April fools joke.

| And this thread is total BS - since when did random posts on the Salford forum become fact.
Oh and we are cash strapped now are we because some on this forum suggest so

I never said it was fact and I hope it is BS.
I did not say we were cash strapped either, just that if we were I would rather us take more cash than have the player in question.
I would say that there are a number of indicators away from this forum which show the club is not in rude health, just the degree of severity which is unclear

Just to clarify, this is news to us too. The original poster is a Wakey fan I think, on our board.
Time will tell I suppose.

Gossip is not an indicator.

Ccj's are though plus the speed with which the new sponsorship deal was agreed, which I have no doubt is less than the Eric France one, leaving a hole in the budget

Are they - and why is that?
There has been a huge issue made of this by people on here who clearly don't know the history of the club.
My employer who has about 80 staff recently filed one of these type of things (I don't pretend to be one of the experts on this forum on this issue) - it was against BT, are they doomed?
I understand why it doesn't look great and although I suspect it's historical debt I'm not sure why the sudden glut - however I see too many people on here trying to fashion an issue out of what I see as a non issue.

Causes problems in getting credit. For a relatively new business 8 ccjs in a short period says we're struggling regardless of why they have been incurred.
Anyone can file them but once judgement has been issued you have lost the argument and they need to be paid.

The club cannot get credit anyway its too young as a business in the current climate with finance
You have banged on on about the CCJ's but on line they are easy to lay with Northampton, its a dispute if you get a service you are unghappy with or dont get a service ayt all do you pay for it or would you fight it?

So what, there is no affordable credit available to a club like ours these days - so why not fight to save money the old fashion way by not paying for shoddy goods.
You call it struggling but have you seen the books?
No, AG has and must have his reasons.
We may well be struggling but we mat not, both are assumptions.

| The CCJ subject has been done to death, it's becoming tiresome now, we are no worse off than a healthy percentage of other SL clubs and better off than a few. I think people should move on and be more concerned about our performances on the field.

Once the judgement is made you have lost you need to pay. Not paying is not good.
I said difficulty getting credit (not finance). If the club can't get credit how do they owe people money in the first place? No credit means people insisting on cash up front or not dealing with us. This can result in more pressure on cash flow and/or paying more for services because we have less choice of who to deal with.
