Could well be, in would be interesting to see how RFL handle the situation if true. Handing a franchise to a club which then goes into admin would make a sham of the franchise process especially if they kick a financially stable club out

And the one thats recently had a £350k bail out fron their council to try and ensure they make it as far as playing at said stadium?

Ya, ha! Despite only weeks earlier stating full funding was in place to build stadium by themselves!

If the RFL do kick us out and keep a club who who are in financial trouble it will just go to prove that the whole application process is a sham.

It will prove its a sham. It probably is anyway because how the hell is our bid worse than hull kr , crusaders and quins.

one of the best youth developnments
our ground imrpovements will meet the criteria

I honestly can't see how our bid is as good as HKR's when you consider the Stadium is such a large part of the application. It's not whether our Community team is better, what matters is HKR tick a box we don't - or that's how I see it.
