Also, anyone who can help in handing out forms / taking signatures at the next home game on Saturday can meet outside the shop at 4.30pm please. We need as much help as we can get - so if you're wondering what good deed you can do for the weekend - try it!

Also also, any bright ideas for getting the forms / message out there are very welcome, but what is more welcome is the offer of assistance, as there are only 5 of us and 5,000 of you lot!

Could the club give them out at the turnstiles, and have abox by the exits to leave them in when people leave - in which case nobody would have to give them out and everyone at the gane would get one - sorted!

It don't work. Tried it - failed. The turnstile operators have enough to do and the paperwork gets ignored.

You can count on me and r young un before the game on saturday TRB. I've also made a start at work and got 36 signatures already.

I've printed mine off and will be taking it to the disabled supporters association on Saturday. Every bit helps.

We have no funds at all!

That's not to say we can't access them, but we'd prefer to hand them out through 'connections', i.e. using peoples contacts etc.

The programme effect doesn't get enough people - many of them get the programme's free with their meals etc, so we'll be covering the boxes etc as well.

Question TRB: As I have to fill out the 'form completed and verified by' bit at the bottom do I also put my name in one of the 10 signature boxes or does the verified bit get included in the count?

Is there an online form/ If you put it on say facebook or that jazz people can easily access it and sign it at their free will too!

dropped off some at the warriors sports behind the elephant and castle and will call back and pick them up in a few weeks, they mainly make cricket bats but also supply quality rugby gear as well, Ian Simpson coaches down at stanley and I hope he will help back it as the teams at stanley could get a preference to the use of the facilities

is there a minimum age to this? does it have to be voting age for example to get clout?

Online and Interactive marketing is the one of the cheapest and most effective ways of getting a response, so the numerous wildcat groups on facebook whether it be from the club or fan appreciation pages for example have to be used, and an online site where you input your name and get a signature towards a cause has to be used.

So every email address the club has, needs to be sent a message with this form urging them to get signatures and send them back to the club.

Manpower at the game is a must too.

How about wakefield go into the town centre to "market" the playoffs game get dolls/kittens down there dancing and get the people grabbing individuals from centre of town signing these also.

At the dolls / rugby camps get each of the parents signatures on it, may only be 20/30 but they all count.
Academy games should be able to get arond everyone in the ground.

Tell all of the staff involved in the club to go home and get 10-15 signatures.
