This is not normal. It sounds like your cookies are getting deleted when you end a session. 

Can you please email support@rlfans.com so we can try and diagnose and help you. Please include; device, browser, operating system and what happens.

For me, when i click to view last message i see messages not seen before but i want to read back to the last unread message so jump back a page, then when i jump forward to the last page the messages that i had seen before just aren't there. 


the 'jump to first unread message' button is needed badly. Feels like every time i open a topic there are messages i just haven't seen and have missed.

Hers an idea, get rid of this antiquated pile of crap free unsecure. software and invest a couple of hundred on a licence for Invision forums, that way the site may not die which is what is happening. And another idea would be get the software working as you would want before filling the code with a thousand different adverts.

Trying to catch up on the Leigh thread and after multiple attempts all I’m getting is a blank white page!

and we keep asking for screenshots and links etc.

Blank Screen, please try this workflow - make sure you do all stages. It fixes 95%+ of peoples issues with blanks screen, the issue is legacy cookies from the old site. If that fails then please email support@rlfans.com with your device, operating system and browser so that we can try and reproduce.


• Log out of rlfans.com 
• Clear your temporary internet files (cache) on any devices where you are experiencing problems
• Delete any old bookmarks or links to rlfans.com 
• Go to rlfans fresh through www.rlfans.com 
• Log in again and set up your links and bookmarks.

Only a minor issue but the "latest posts" time is still in GMT and doesn't appear to have switched over to BST and I can't see any way to amend it like we could on the old site settings ??
