dboy:Of course, but the reprofiling of the North Stand lower terrace didn't need planning permission - none of us knew it was happening.
I think these changes fall under "non-material changes", unlike things such as roofing heights etc.
Fingers remain crossed.
I was thinking more on the lines of sacrificial works, no point re-profiling the terraces if there are greater plans in the pipeline.
